Refund policy

Rue Reynard is a demonstration store operated by UrbanFox. It does not sell real products. We do not fulfill orders and we do not charge payments.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

Items marked "Final sale" and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Sign in to your account and select the order. Or email us at info@ruereynard.demo.urbanfox.io with your order number. We send you a return label and instructions.

• United States: The return label is free.
• European Union: You pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we send you an email. If we approve the return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can take more time to show the refund.

We do not refund the original shipping cost, except when the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

To get a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
